n8n workflows designed and built for you
You already know n8n, or you've heard it's the most flexible way to connect your systems. Manuless designs, builds and maintains n8n workflows that keep working when something goes wrong: with error handling, logging and a clear handover.
Fixed price, clear upfront · runs in your own account · 2–3 weeks from intake to live
When n8n is the right choice (and when it isn't)
n8n is a strong choice when a process needs conditional logic: different paths depending on what a request contains, several systems that need to respond in a specific order, or a workflow you want to be able to host and adjust yourself. It's also a good fit if you (or a technical person on your team) want to be able to tinker with the workflow later: the node-based setup is more transparent than a closed-off SaaS tool.
n8n is less obvious if you only need a couple of simple app connections without much logic, or if you'd rather not think about technical maintenance at all. In those cases we weigh together whether Make.com, or a simpler solution, fits better. We advise based on your process, not on which platform we'd rather build with.
Built to keep working, even when something goes wrong
- Every workflow starts with a design in plain language, so you know upfront what happens and what happens if a step fails
- Outages don't go unnoticed: you get visibility into what went wrong, instead of a workflow that fails silently
- Workflows are tested before going live, including failure scenarios
- Duplicate requests are recognized, so the same submission isn't processed twice
Secure handling of credentials
Passwords, API keys and other access details are never hardcoded into a workflow, and always stay in your own account. Manuless doesn't need ongoing access after delivery for the workflow to keep running.
Built in and handed over to your own account
The workflow is built in your own n8n environment (cloud or self-hosted), not in an environment owned by Manuless. That means after delivery you're not dependent on our access for the workflow to keep running. On delivery you get a proper handover: what each node does, where to look if something goes wrong, and how to make small adjustments yourself.
Documentation, walkthrough and further development
Every workflow is delivered with a manual in plain language and a short video walkthrough showing how the workflow works and what to watch for. This isn't a technical document for developers, it's something you or a colleague without n8n experience can follow.
After delivery, Manuless stays reachable for questions. For ongoing maintenance, expansion, or adding new steps, a retainer is available, so the workflow grows with your business instead of getting stuck at version one.
Privacy, security and ownership
- The workflow runs in your own n8n account, not with Manuless
- Every workflow is designed in line with GDPR: only the data that's functionally necessary, including for AI nodes
- Credentials are never hardcoded, always stored via the credential manager
- You receive a data processing agreement where applicable
- Error handling and logging are part of every workflow, not an extra
Questions about n8n automation
I already have an n8n workflow, but it breaks or throws errors. Can Manuless fix it?
Yes. We go through the existing workflow, find out where it fails (often missing error handling, a misconfigured node, or an API that changed) and repair or rebuild the affected part. You also get an explanation of what was wrong, so you recognize it if it happens again.
Does the workflow run in my own n8n account or with Manuless?
In your own account. We build and test the workflow, but the final version runs on your own n8n instance (cloud or self-hosted) with your own credentials. Manuless does not need ongoing access after delivery.
What if n8n turns out not to be the best fit for my process?
We'll tell you honestly. n8n is strong for complex, conditional logic and self-hosted flexibility, but it is not the best fit for every process. Where Make.com fits better (for example, many simple app connections without complex logic), we'll say so, even if that means proposing a different project.
What does it cost to have an n8n workflow built?
A fixed project price, depending on the number of workflows, systems, and whether an AI action is included. You get that price clearly after the intake, before anything is built. Payment in two parts: on approval of the process design and on delivery.
