Make.com workflows built for your business
Make.com is the fastest way to connect different cloud apps in a clear, visual flow. Manuless designs scenarios that go beyond a simple connection: with filters, error handling, and monitoring of what the scenario costs you each month.
Fixed price, clear upfront · runs in your own account · 2–3 weeks from intake to live
When Make.com is the right choice
Make.com stands out when you want to connect several apps in a clear, visual flow: a CRM that hands off a new customer to an invoicing tool, a form that needs to land in multiple systems at once, or a sequence of notifications that runs off a single event. The visual layout makes it easy to understand what's happening, even for someone without a technical background.
Manuless is platform-neutral: we don't default to Make.com because it's our preference, but because it fits the process. For more complex, heavily branching logic or self-hosting, we'll discuss whether n8n is a better fit.
A simple connection versus a full business process
- A connection sends data from one system to another, without much logic in between
- A full scenario accounts for exceptions, error messages and duplicate entries
- The flow is built so only relevant, correctly formatted data moves forward
- Data arrives in the right format at the destination system
Error handling and scenario design
Every scenario gets error handling on its critical steps: if an API doesn't respond or a field is missing, the scenario doesn't fail silently, it raises a notification. That way a temporary outage at an external service doesn't immediately cause data loss.
Monitoring operations and cost
Make.com bills per operation, unlike n8n. That means how a scenario is built directly affects the monthly cost. We deliberately design scenarios to avoid unnecessary operations usage and give you insight into expected usage on delivery, so you know which plan fits.
Secure connections to your existing apps
Connections to your apps and APIs are set up through Make.com's own connection module, never with hardcoded keys. Access details stay in your own account, so Manuless doesn't need ongoing access after delivery.
Built in and handed over to your own account
The scenario is built and tested in your own Make.com account. On delivery you get a manual in plain language, a short video walkthrough, and an explanation of what each part does. For ongoing maintenance, expansion, or extra connections, a retainer is available.
Privacy, security and ownership
- The scenario runs in your own Make.com account, not with Manuless
- Every scenario is designed in line with GDPR: only the data that's functionally necessary
- Access details are always managed through Make.com's connection module, never hardcoded
- You receive a data processing agreement where applicable
- Error handling and visibility into operations usage are part of every scenario
Questions about Make.com automation
Is Make.com always the best choice for automation?
No, and we'll say so when it isn't. Make.com is strong when you want to quickly connect several different apps with a visual, easy-to-follow setup. For processes with heavy, branching logic or a wish to self-host, n8n is often a better fit. We advise based on your process, not on which platform we'd rather use.
What's the difference between a simple connection and a full scenario?
A simple connection sends data from A to B: for example, a new form entry landing in a spreadsheet. A full scenario also accounts for exceptions, checks for duplicate entries, and notifies you if something goes wrong. That's what we build by default, even on smaller projects.
Make.com bills per operation, how do I avoid unexpectedly high costs?
We design the scenario deliberately to avoid burning unnecessary operations. On delivery you get insight into the expected operations usage, so you know upfront which Make.com plan fits.
What does it cost to have a Make.com scenario built?
A fixed project price, depending on the number of scenarios, connected apps, and whether an AI action is included. You get that price clearly after the intake, before anything is built. Payment in two parts: on approval of the process design and on delivery.
